If your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from APC directly with an order tracking link. Follow the link to track your delivery. If you have not received an email from APC, please contact customer service: orders@puraclensa.co.uk

Please speak with one of our customer service advisors by calling: 01793 422335, who will start the process for you. Any returns must be notified within 7 days and must be returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for cost of the return.
